Pongees

Pongees specialise in luxurious plain dyed mulberry and wild silks – ideal for soft furnishings such as lampshades, curtains, throws, sheets and even unique bespoke designs for wall hangings. Our minimum order is one metre and all our fabrics are stock supported so delivery is fast.

The Pongees collection comprises thousands of fabrics – from those with soft, smooth and shiny surfaces, to others with natural slubs for a more rustic look and feel. Our colour range is extensive with our douppions, for example, offered in 160 shades.

With so much choice, we have sample swatches and shade cards to help with the decision-making, available via our website or direct.

Our showrooms in Shoreditch, London, and at our headquarters in Dartford, Kent (both open weekdays), are ideal locations to discuss your requirements with our knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Established in London in 1931, Pongees heritage goes back to the mid-19th century.
